Locations include SE & Central Texas communities, southern California, Las Vegas Nevada, SW Idaho, NW Louisiana and more! The Market

Green & Jin continues to target and service three distinct customer segments. The first segment is current occupants who will be given an opportunity to continue to lease long-term and possibly purchase. Their participation will facilitate a positive community atmosphere. The second segment could be part of the first segment to include “out-of-area” investors looking to invest and require financing. Here our investments reps and mortgage professionals offer a variety of financial options geared toward income & investment type properties. The third market segment is local professionals and prospective customers & clients who are increasing at a good percentage and have many potential members. This last segment also includes members locating near the portfolio of properties owned and managed by Green & Jin Investments.

Management Team

Green & Jin Investments, LLC and Green & Jin Real Estate, LLC of Idaho are led by Robert Green and Jin Green - the Owners. Robert, the LLC‘s CEO, has been a property owner for nearly 30 years, investing in multifamily & single-family dwellings in eight states. Robert & Jin also sits on the Board of Eden Rock Apartments, LLC and Jinco Properties, LLC-- respectively, a 182-unit multi-family communities Located in east Texas.
