Green & Jin will target three distinct customer segments. The first segment it will service is current occupants who will be given an opportunity to continue to lease long-term and possibly purchase. The second segment could be part of the first segment to include “out-of-area” investors looking to invest and require financing. Here our mortgage professionals offer a variety of financing options geared toward income & investment type properties. The third market segment is local professionals and prospective clients who are increasing at a good percentage and have many potential members. Management Team

Green & Jin Investments, LLC is led by Robert L. Green and Jin S. Green. Robert – the LLC‘s CEO, has been a property owner for over 30 years, investing in single-family dwellings in eight states. Robert & Jin currently sits on the Board of Eden Rock Apartments, LLC -- a 115-unit multifamily community Located in Pasadena, Texas - just south of Houston.
