Green & Jin offer the same array of properties for sale -- working with both Sellers & Buyers through our southern California Real Estate entity - Meridian Capital Realty & Mortgage, Inc., and our mid-western Real Estate Office - Green & Jin Real Estate, LLC of Idaho. We know the market & we know the area. When we list your property for sale, we got prospective Buyers in mind already. The Market

Green & Jin continues to target and service three distinct customer segments. The first segment is current occupants who will be given an opportunity to continue to lease long-term and possibly purchase. Their participation will facilitate a positive community atmosphere. The second segment could be part of the first segment to include “out-of-area” investors looking to invest and require financing. Here our investments reps and mortgage professionals offer a variety of financial options geared toward income & investment type properties. The third market segment is local professionals and prospective customers & clients who are increasing at a good percentage and have many potential members. This last segment also includes members locating near the portfolio of properties owned and managed by Green & Jin Investments.

Management Team

Green & Jin Real Estate, LLC of Idaho is led by Robert Green. Robert, the LLC‘s Designated Broker, has been in the real estate business and a property owner for nearly 30 years, investing in multi-family & singlefamily dwellings in eight states. Robert also sits on the Board of Eden Rock Apartments, LLC and Jinco Properties, LLC-- respectively, a 182-unit multi-family communities Located in east Texas.
